The system will calculate the shipping rate at the end of the transaction but before you are asked to commit to the order. The rate is calculated based on the total weight/volume of the order. You need to select the shipping method that best meets your needs.
Courier Rates (and post code areas) are in a constant state of flux at the moment so we will do our very best to keep our system updated but If the amount looks wrong or too much, contact us especially if you are buying multiple items including liquids as we may be able to split your order or send via a different carrier.

The Courier then delivers within 2 days. This is a signed for service so if possible nominate a neighbour if you are going to be out. You can leave a signed note for the driver, asking for the parcel to be left in a safe place but they are not oblidged to agreed to it. The courier will attempt up to 3 deliveries after which time you will have to collect from the depot.

The courier will attempt only 1 delivery after which time you will have to collect from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.

As the Couriers are constantly altering their premium charge areas we reserve the right to contact you for additional payment if the carriage charge to your postcode has increased substantially.

FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery in Tenbury, Ludlow, Bromyard and the Teme Valley.
(Minimum quantities might apply. For most local areas we only deliver on one day a week.)
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Undelivered/Uncollected Items
In the event of an item being returned to us by the Courier as undelivered/uncollected, the original and return carriage costs will be deducted from any refund.
Damaged Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.
Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
